Kids' Days at the Factory tickets are now on sale HERE. You may also purchase tickets on-site at our box office on the days of the event, though tickets will be limited, so we advise purchasing them online in advance.
We have a limited capacity each day, so purchasing your tickets online in advance is the only way to ensure that you will be able to attend on the day that you arrive. The box office closes 60 minutes BEFORE the listed show closing time.

Your tickets
- Please make sure you bring tickets for your entire group. You do not need to print them, we can scan them from your phones.
Comfortable shoes
- Wear comfortable shoes. The kids' is large and there may be tripping hazards, and there is a lot of walking involved, so take care of your feet!
Climate-appropriate clothing
- We try to heat/cool as many areas inside the building as we can, but it's possible you may get a little chilly if it's cold outside, or hot if it's warm outside. So, keep the weather in mind as you're dressing.
- ALSO, it's a factory setting, so please wear clothing you're not afraid to get dirty. As that's possible at Kids' Days.
Wagons & Strollers
- Wagons and strollers are permitted at Kids' Days. Please be mindful of other guests and avoid leaving them in walkways or near attraction entrances and exits.
Bags & Coolers
- Coolers are not permitted at Kids' Days. Exceptions may be made for medical purposes.
- Bags are permitted, but any bags left unattended may be confiscated.
- Outside food and drink are not permitted inside Kids' Days, with the exception of small snacks for children and/or for medical needs.

Kids' Days at the Factory is located inside the Factory of Terror Haunted House at 4125 Mahoning Road NE, Canton, OH 44705.

PARKING:
There are 4 lots available at the Factory of Terror/Kids' Days. For the Blue, Red, and Green Lots, you will enter from Cliftmont Avenue. All 3 lots are Handicapped Accessible, but reserved handicapped spots are available in the Blue and Green lots.
Overflow parking is available in the Purple Lot, located .2 miles further down Mahoning Rd. (Look for the bright PURPLE building.)
Parking in all lots is FREE for all guests for this event.

If you already have tickets, head straight to the attraction entrance inside the fence along Mahoning Rd. Employees will scan your tickets upon entry.
If you need to purchase tickets, the box office is located at the corner of the building near the corner of Mahoning Rd. and Cliftmont Ave.

Food and retail options are available inside Kids' Days at the Factory.
We accept cash, credit, debit, Apple Pay, and Samsung Pay. However, all credit/debit transactions at the box office will have a $1 service fee added to the ticket price.
We take Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. However, if you use a credit or debit card at the box office, there is a $1 service fee per transaction included in the ticket price.

A first aid station is available near the Travellers' Market in the Bourbon Street area of the event.

The entirety of Kids' Days at the Factory is handicap accessible, with the exception of our slide.
There are no strobe lights in this event, however there may be slightly flickering lighting for effect in some areas.
