Factory of Terror is now taking reservations for Corporate events and private parties!

Corporate and private parties are available to be booked on any night that the haunt is NOT in operation. We can no longer offer private events during the hours that the haunt is running, as we no longer have the space to accommodate during those hours.


Your group will be set up in the special event area located in the middle of the attraction. You can bring in food or have it catered, but can not bring in your own alcoholic beverages.


Private Parties have the Special Option of adding a Lights ON Tour. This tour includes an opportunity to see the 3-time Guinness World Record winner for the World’s Longest Haunted House in daylight conditions. This option allows you to see all the special props, detail, and work that go into the show.


The Lights ON feature is only offered with the Event Center Rental and a minimum of 25 guests.

Private Parties have the option to arrange for food and beverages. Beverages may be purchased through the Factory of Terror. Catering is another option that we recommend. Caterers must be approved by Factory of Terror. Pre-Approved caterers of FOT are listed below:

Timid Guests may be included in the “Lights-On, no actor” tour without attending the full live production.


PLEASE NOTE: In order to reserve your event, a 25% deposit of your rental fee, including all tickets, is required when placing your reservation.

Cancellation Policy: Deposits for parties and large group events will be given a full refund on cancellations made more than a week in advance. A deposit becomes non-refundable within 7 days of the event. No refunds for persons missing from your reservation. All group and ticket sales are final.
